The folklore performance "We will live free" and the dance theatre production "Tragedy" are back on stage. We will treat our audience to a 5-stop national and international tour in October.
The "Csiky Gergely" Hungarian State Theatre from Timișoara will be in Sfântu Gheorghe with a guest performance, Caravaggio at Háromszék Dance Studio on 29 September, starting at 19:00.
We will start our 2023/2024 season with a new folklore performance entitled "Home in the Homeland" on the 20th of August in Nyíregyháza. We will present the production directed by Módosné Almási Berta Csilla and Módos Máté for the first time in Hungary
Thanks to a comprehensive operating grant from the Ministry of Culture and Innovation and the Csoóri Sándor Fund, we were able to implement a high quality, performance-rich artistic programme in the 2022/2023 season.
Thanks to the support of the Csoóri Sándor Fund, we were able to successfully organise the folk dance houses in Sfântu Gheorghe in the period January-June 2023.
Three premieres, eight different performances, Folk Dance and Music Festival, performances outside the city, national and international tours, folk dance houses enriched our 2022/2023 season.
The activities of our ensemble are greatly supported by the continuous support of the Lajtha László Foundation. Thanks to a grant from the Bethlen Gábor Fund, the Lajtha László Foundation has been able to ensure stable operations from July 2022 to February 2023.
Our current season is crowned by the premiere of a new folklore production "Home in the Homeland" directed by Módos Máté and Módosné Almási Berta Csilla, which will premiere on the 16th and 18th of June.
