The Háromszék Dance Ensemble increases its administrative team by hiring a performance organiser from the 2022/2023 season.

We are looking for a new dynamic, flexible colleague passionate for performing arts.

Job title: Performance organiser (artistic consultant)

Main tasks:

  • Audience management
  • programme planning
  • administrative management of performances in Sfântu Gheorghe
  • planning, preparation and implementation of travel and tours
  • assisting in the preparation and management of events
  • occasional communication via social network
  • Expectations:
  • university degree
  • knowledge of Romanian at a high level
  • driving licence, category B
  • good communication and problem-solving skills
  • good organisational skills
  • proactive approach to work
    lexibility, willingness to travel frequently (touring and travelling)
  • Advantages:
  • university degree in a specialised field (degree in cultural management, management, communication-PR)
  • intermediate level of English
  • team spirit
  • dedication, openness, professional experience in a similar position
  • interest in the performing arts
  • knowledge of the cultural market
  • experience in social media communication
  • Type of employment: full-time
    Starting date: 15 August 2022
    Location: mainly Sfântu Gheorghe (Gábor Áron u. 1. sz.), but flexibility is expected due to frequent touring and travel.
