On March 19<\/strong>, the Artistic Ensemble<\/strong> Mure\u0219ul<\/strong> will visit Sf\u00e2ntu Gheorghe<\/strong> with a guest performance of their production Invisible Celebrations<\/strong><\/em>.
The performance, choreographed and directed by Hortenzia L\u0151rincz<\/strong>, will take place at the Tam\u00e1si \u00c1ron Theatre<\/strong> starting at 7:00 PM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The inspiration for this production comes from a significant milestone: in 2025<\/strong>, Mih\u00e1ly Dresch<\/strong>, an iconic figure of Hungarian ethno-jazz, Kossuth and Liszt Ferenc Award winner, Distinguished and Merited Artist, celebrates his 70th birthday<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This occasion sparked the idea to create a performance based on music from the Dresch Quartet<\/strong> and Dresch String Quartet<\/strong>, focusing especially on expressing the female soul and being<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just as Dresch\u2019s music fuses authentic Hungarian folk music with jazz, Invisible Celebrations<\/em> blends elements of folk dance<\/strong> and contemporary dance<\/strong>.
Created by women, the performance explores female rituals<\/strong>\u2014their importance, beauty, and power\u2014through a series of ceremonies that reflect both festive and everyday moments, highlighting intimate, hidden rites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
